About Me
My name is Casey, and I'm a Person Centred Experiential Counsellor
with a deep-rooted passion for helping individuals navigate their unique journeys. My commitment to this field is personal, inspired by my sister’s challenges within a mental health system that often failed her. Witnessing her struggles sparked a lifelong mission in me—to provide the compassionate, effective support that every individual deserves.
Growing up, I saw firsthand the toll that mental health care can take on a family. While my sister faced misdiagnoses and a lack of essential support, my mother’s resilience became a beacon of hope, reminding me of the human capacity for growth. This experience aligned closely with the philosophy of Carl Rogers, the founder of person-centred therapy, who believed in our inner drive to grow, even under the toughest conditions.
My professional journey began with a degree in Psychology and Criminology from Brighton University, but my real education happened in the field. For over four years, I volunteered at a local non-profit, working with children and adults to help them build self-esteem and improve their wellbeing. These experiences deepened my understanding of the profound impact that empathetic, tailored support can have on someone’s life.
In addition to my mental health expertise, I bring over a decade of experience as an Executive Assistant to CEOs and C-Suite executives. This background taught me the importance of discretion, confidentiality, and delivering a service that exceeds expectations. I understand the unique pressures faced by high-profile individuals and offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can focus on your wellbeing.
What sets me apart is the high-quality, personalised service I provide. Therapy is an investment in yourself, and I am here to offer a transformative experience that prioritises your mental health with care and professionalism. With over four years of additional training, client work, and personal development, I have made it my mission to break down barriers and make therapy accessible and effective.
Let’s work together to create a tailored plan that aligns with your specific needs, helping you achieve lasting growth and balance. Your journey to better mental health starts here, and I would be honoured to be a part of it.
